WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED AT URBAN GREEN?

IS URBAN GREEN PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes! Urban Green is pet-friendly, welcoming both cats and dogs. We have some exceptional dog parks nearby, Urbandale Dog Park and Colby Park. With even more green spaces nearby, like Walker Johnston Park. Our community is excellent for pet owners.
WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED WITH RENT?
Complimentary internet is included with rent. Gas heat is also included in the rent to simplify budgeting. Water, Sewer and Trash is billed monthly by a 3rd party service. A billing fee of $3.50 is due monthly and $1 pest fee is due monthly which are added to your water, sewer and trash statement. Standard average is $30-35 per person with all fees. Electric is billed through MidAmerican Energy and resident must have MidAmerican in their name as of date of move-in.
IS RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED AT URBAN GREEN APARTMENTS?
Yes. All residents are required to maintain active renter’s insurance of $100,000 throughout their lease term.
Renter’s insurance helps protect your personal belongings and provides liability coverage in the event of an accident. Renters insurance can be purchased through a 3rd party on your resident portal.
If you choose not to obtain your own personal renter’s insurance policy, you will be automatically enrolled in a Landlord Liability Policy at a cost of $15 per month. This policy provides liability coverage only and does not cover or protect your personal belongings.
Proof of coverage is required prior to move-in and must be maintained for the duration of your residency.

Ample surface parking is available to residents and guests. The community is conveniently located just off Hickman Road, offering quick access to the interstate. Surface parking is available at no fee for residents and visitors.
